Please note that this document provides a summarized overview of the terms and conditions for Tucson Limousines LLC. This summary is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute the complete or legally binding agreement between you and the Tucson Limousines LLC unless you complete your booking and non-refundable deposit.

Terms & Conditions 

This is a contractual arrangement of this company for the hire of vehicles service provided by Tucson Limousines LLC. By booking and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the full and complete Terms and Conditions as follows.

Booking and Payments;

All bookings are required to have a Non-Refundable Deposit. Non-Refundable Deposit is applied to the Total of your booking at the time of reservation.  Charges displayed on your "Confirmation" represent the best estimate of your charges at the time of booking. Final charges will replace your actual usage for example but not limited too; over time (billed by the half hour), stops, other services, any damages to vehicle done by yourself or your guests, or other fees as may be applicable throughout the duration of your rental with Tucson Limousines LLC. I agree and understand that my reservation total must be paid in full 24 hours prior to my reservation day/time or it may be subject to cancellation without notice.

Cancellations;​

​Cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation day/time will be charged 100% of estimated Total. Cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation day/time will be charged 50% of estimated Total. Cancellations 7 days to 48 hours prior the reservation day/time will forfeit any and all deposits or applied payments. All other cancellations will be subject to solely the loss of their Non-Refundable Deposit. No Exceptions.

Code of Conduct and Responsibilities;​

Tucson Limousines LLC ​​​cannot and does not provide alcoholic beverages, however may bring your own aboard. No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcohol. No smoking in the vehicles, SMOKING/VAPING will result in a $250 fine unless MARIJUANA, fine is $750 and your ride will be terminated, NO EXCEPTIONS! You MUST control the conduct of your guests due to the consumption of alcohol or any other substance, Persons who are unruly or disruptive or conduct illegal activities will be removed from the vehicles at the discretion of the driver, this includes being rude to the chauffeur as he/she is there to make sure that you and your party are transported safely. We ARE NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. We want you to have a good time and travel in style and elegance, all we ask is to respect our vehicles and drivers. We ask you to treat our limousine with care as if it was your own. It is your responsibility to see that the vehicle remains in the same condition as it arrived in. If you feel sick, tell your chauffeur to pull over immediately, so as not to vomit in the limousine. Vomit will result in a $500Minimum Cleaning Fee (Even if you try to hide, we can smell it and we'll find it). No more than the predetermined number of people are allowed to ride in the limousine.  Throwing anything from or having any part of your body extending outside of the windows/emergency exits is illegal, we will terminate the ride if you do not control yourself or your guests. . Do NOT open the EMERGENCY EXITS at any time unless it is a true EMERGENCY. If an Emergency exit is opened a fee up to $1000 but not limited to this will be charged based on repair of emergency exit windows/roof. Glassware must be left in vehicle at all times throughout the duration of your rental, broken/missing glassware is subject to a $10 charge per glass. Tucson Limousines has 24 hours from the drop off time to inspect the limousine and report any Damages to the client/responsible party. Not following these rules will result in the termination of the limousine ride. If the ride is terminated for the violation of any rules, all money is forfeited.  Payments for damages are due upon completion of the contracted limousine time unless damages are assessed within 24 hours of your completed reservation. If necessary in litigate for damages, the prevailing party is entitling to reasonable fees and court costs.

By completing your Booking and Non-Refundable Deposit you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions above. By Booking I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages myself or my party may cause during the rental period. By booking I also agree to the Rules and Regulations and I am fully responsible for everyone aboard the vehicle during my rental time. I understand the number of hours listed on this contract is the minimum hours I am agreeing to pay and that I am responsible for additional charges accrued.
